We are a small, senior engineering team. We have been building software since 2005 and building healthcare software for most of the last decade.
In 2026 we stopped describing ourselves as a general development shop, because it stopped being true. Nearly everything we do is healthcare: telehealth platforms, patient portals, EHR integration, connected-device monitoring, clinical training systems. Naming it out loud was overdue.

Jeff Fansler
Co-Founder & CEO
Jeff brings decades of software development experience across enterprise systems, consumer products, and healthcare technology, and has led teams building for organizations ranging from the Fortune 500 to early-stage startups.
He works on scoping, architecture, and the early decisions that determine whether a build goes well, which means he is usually the person you talk to first. He will tell you when he thinks you are about to build the wrong thing, and bring an alternative to the same conversation.
Justin DeCourcy
Co-Founder & CTO
Justin is a software architect with deep expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, and full-stack development. His career spans complex enterprise integrations, scalable web platforms, and mobile applications.
He owns how our systems are put together — the PHI boundaries, the integration patterns, and the parts that have to keep working at two in the morning. He is also the one who decides where AI-assisted tooling earns its place in delivery and where it does not.

Be easy to work with.
You should be able to reach the person doing the work, get a straight answer the same day, and never wonder what happened to a question you asked on Tuesday. Small teams can do this. Most choose not to.
Use AI where it earns its keep.
AI-assisted tooling runs through our research, evaluation, documentation, and code, and it is a real part of why we deliver what we do in the time we do. It does not make the calls. Architecture, compliance boundaries, and clinical workflow judgment come from people who have run these systems in production.
Make room for each other.
We learn together, cover for each other, and trust each other to work when we are at our best. Every idea gets a hearing.
